At Beyond the Sea, we develop and market kite-based propulsion systems for ships.
Our goal is to make kite propulsion a universal and essential solution for vessels of all sizes, contributing to the decarbonization of maritime transport.

Your responsibilities:
- Receive parts and check them for conformity (quantity and quality)
- Assemble components following technical drawings and instructions
- Adjust parts to ensure optimal functionality
- Wire the system according to technical plans and instructions
- Inspect the finished product to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
- Report any issues, analyze them, and suggest assembly optimizations in collaboration with technical teams
- Package the finished product
- Document the assembly process by writing a procedure that includes hygiene, quality, and safety variables
As part of these tasks, you will use manual and power tools.
Job requirements
Ideally…
- You have experience in a workshop or construction site environment
- You hold a vocational diploma (CAP, BEP, or vocational baccalaureate) in electricity or electronics
- You are comfortable reading technical drawings and schematics
- You are autonomous and excited by the idea of formalizing the process you implement
- You take satisfaction in completing a product and appreciate the precision required to do so
- You have electrical safety certification

Employment conditions:
⏭️ Fixed-term contract (CDD) through August 2025. Depending on how our order book evolves, further opportunities may be possible.
