Your responsibilities:
- Implement the annual training plan
- Ensure proper application of processes related to working hours
- Participate in payroll processing and verification
- Help structure our teams by recruiting future talents, whether they are full-time employees, interns, or apprentices
- Roll out the annual performance review campaign
- In collaboration with the communication team, coordinate internal engagement and culture initiatives

As part of these missions, you will be working with HR and payroll software tools (HRIS).
Job requirements
Ideally…
- You have a degree (BTS or DUT) in Human Resources Management
- You’ve had some initial experience in an HR department
- You have a solid understanding of basic labor law
- Your work-study schedule allows you to be present at the company two days per week

Employment conditions
